Since 2002, we have had a covenant relationship with Delbert and Sandy Grove, missionaries in Zambia, Africa.  In our annual budget we provide salary support, through our Joy Jar we support the New Life Press, and by special offerings we support special requests made by the Groves and the New Life Center.

Gifts can say many things: I love you, thinking of you, get well, and many more. But often we purchase unnecessary and unwanted items just to express our feelings. Sometimes these gifts are thrown away, returned to the store, or stuffed in a closet. What if there was a way to express our feelings for each other, help others, and even help the environment all at once?

  Fair trade is the concept of providing a fair price for goods.  It supports small farmers and co-ops in developing countries by offering resources for community development and environmental care.  Through the development of fair trade co-op, farmers who once were only able to be workers on large plantations now own their own land, investing in their communities and raising the standard of living in entire villages. 

Working together to support the Church and people everywhere: each month we collect a special offering for a designated purpose.  These offerings help support ministries both within our community and throughout the world.  Below you will find a list of the special offerings we will be taking up this year.  Though there is a scheduled date for each offering, you may contribute to any of the offering throughout the year, by noting the offering name on your check or contribution.  You may contribute during Sunday worship or by sending your check to the church office.
